Ongoing reflection on my core life-values enables me to live more intentionally and in alignment with what is most meaningful for me. My professional values are the principles that guide my decisions and actions in my work and they are:
Meaningful connection: Recognising that we are all in this together; valuing and honouring the shared space between us accepting the interconnectedness in the web of life
Intentional living: Having mindful presence; making decisions and behaving in alignment with my higher goals; having a sense of meaning and purpose
Wonder: Being curious about what else there is; open to learning and the mystery in life; flexibility and willingness to change
My professional registration
I am an Associate Fellow of the British Psychological Society (AFBPsS) and have Chartered Psychologist status. I am also a member of the Division of Clinical Psychology (DCP) in the British Psychological Society. I abide by the British Psychological Society's Code of Ethics and Conduct which you can see here.
