I am currently a Director of Reconnect in Nature, a Community Interest Company based in West Wales, UK.  I also work for Reconnect as a Nature Connection Guide, Facilitator and Trainer facilitating the new Agored accredited Wellbeing in Nature qualification.

Reconnect in Nature helps people reconnect with their natural environment, reconnect with themselves and create a community that supports each other.

I've worked as a Volunteer Speaker for the Woodland Trust in  Wales - Coed Cadw -  and continue to support the wonderful work they do to protect, plant and restore our woodlands

I also work in the NHS, for Hywel Dda University Health Board as Head of the Staff Psychological Wellbeing Service.  Within this role I am helping to progress our Green Health agenda - improving our green infrastructure & access to nature to benefit our staff, patients, visitors and the natural living world. I'm specifically interested in how nature connection can support wellbeing at work and am involved in a range of collaborative projects with community partners.
