    Sometimes it can be a struggle to work through the challenges that life brings us and we can end up feeling unmanageable levels of stress, distress, pain or anger.  You might find that you have become stuck and are unable to move on by yourself.  At times like these psychotherapy can be really helpful.

     

     

    Energy Psychotherapy can be helpful for issues such as:

    • anxiety and phobias

    • depression

    • traumatic life events

    • dealing with illness, loss or bereavement

    • relationship issues or

    • challenging family dynamics

    It can also be very useful for personal or professional development, enabling you to overcome limiting beliefs and develop your personal resilience.

     

    Our first consultation will be an opportunity for you to tell me more about yourself and possibly start to identify the areas you would like to work on (if you're not already clear about this).  It will also be an opportunity for you to find out more about how I work and if this would be helpful for you.  You'll then be in a better position to decide if you have found the right person to help you.

    • I offer Psychotherapy sessions for adults, couples and adolescents, usually lasting an hour.  However, we can consider longer sessions according to your needs, the issues being addressed and the techniques being used.  Sessions are usually on a weekly or fortnightly basis.

    • I am also available to work over the phone or Skype, providing that this would be suitable for your needs.  You are welcome to contact me so we can agree the best way of working together.

    • My fees are £50 per hour and lower fees are possible for students and those on limited incomes.

    Energy Psychotherapy methods tend to be more direct than traditional forms of talking therapy and this can help you to achieve relief and release and emotional healing and growth more quickly.  We can also focus on helping you to learn and confidently apply some of the techniques yourself so that you are in the best position possible to continue on your own, without having to rely on psychotherapy in the longer term.  

     

    Some wonderful, gentle and effective self help techniques have been developed within the field of Energy Psychology and I would be happy to share these with you and also let you know about other available self help resources.
